  6. Whilst not compulsory at present we would request members and visitors wear a face mask through public areas of reception and corridors. This will help protect everybody and reduce the risk of the virus spreading within the facilities.

  9. Members are required to attend their pre-booked slot ready to attend their session in either the gym, pool, or class.
  10. Members cannot be late for their scheduled pre-booked slot. This is to ensure that we abide by government guidelines of safe distancing and all bookable slots are programmed to reduce the number of members within any one area at a time.
  11. ALL Bags, Coats and Personal items MUST not be brought into the gym and left on the gym floor. These must be placed within the lockers or left at home.
  12. Members must leave their pre-booked slot immediately and do not stay behind.
  13. Please ensure you sanitise the equipment before and after your use of it. There is sanitise station positioned around the facilities.

  18. Personal towels are not allowed in the gym, and blue rolls will be provided to wipe down machines and disinfectant in spray bottles.

  21. To ensure the safety of all individuals on-site, the staff’s decision on access, rules, and behaviour is deemed final.
  22. The booking slot times are strict to ensure that members attending the gym, swim or classes have ample time between each booking slot to ensure there is no cross over of members thus ensuring a safe space for the members. This will reduce the number of members within the public areas at any one time. You need to turn up to the gym at your allocated gym slot and leave once it ends. If you do not turn up at your allocated time slot, you will be refused entry.

These rules are in addition to the Gym rules so please ensure you read both and abide by them.
